Terms and Conditions

Thanks for shopping at Born Rare Ldn, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 14 business days including weekends to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

For hygiene purposes - none of our headwear can be refunded, when taken out of of original packaging. 

You will only be able to exchange your item for another item as we do not offer refunds with any of our items, or a credit note will be issued in place of a returned product. That can be used on our webstore within 185 days of your original purchase. Please note postage fee is not included within credit note. Please also note sales are FINAL unless there is a clear fault with item, in occasion a return will be made also.  

You are responsible for returns back to us, for your own security and peace of mind please use a tracked mailing service.

SHIPPING 

Please allow at least 24-48 hours processing time for your order. This process usually happens sooner but we ask for this window just in case of a busy period. 

DOMESTIC UK SHIPPING

Please allow at least 2-3 working days for your order to arrive.
